Each month the Mason City Noon Rotary Club honors outstanding students from Mason City High School and Newman High School for their school and community involvement, activities, academics, and leadership skills.
They're selected based on demonstrated spirit of service and exemplification of the Rotary Four-Way Test ...
1 - Is it the TRUTH?
2 - Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3 - Will it build GOOD WILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
4 - Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
