ECLUB only takes around 30 minutes and filing your makeup is quick and easy.

2 - Fill out the form completely ... and ...
3 - Click 'Submit' ... It doesn't get any easier than that!

If you have difficulty using our makeup site ...
You can get a makeup at any of the following RI approved eclub websites. Just make sure you follow that sites instructions exactly and have the site email me, or, if that isn't possible, you email me with whatever the site gives you for proof of attendance at rotarysecretary@gmail.com. I'll make sure your makeup gets recorded in our club software.
BE AWARE! The pilot program insists that the makeup be done 14 days before or after your missed meeting date as per Article 9, Section 1, Number 7 of the Standard Rotary Club Constitution.
It defines specific requirements for online make-ups. "If, within fourteen
(14) days before or after the regular time" of a Club meeting you are
seeking to make-up, you "participate through a club website in an
interactive activity requiring an average of 30 minutes of
participation" a make-up will be granted.
You MUST honor this "30-minute rule" to get credit for your make-up!
